About
Senior HR and Labour Relations advisory from a practitioner who has lived it at the executive level.
CPHR Β· Principal Consultant
I founded Resolute Consulting to provide organizations with practical, senior-level HR and labour relations expertise that delivers resultsβnot lengthy reports or theoretical advice.
For more than 15 years, I've worked in complex labour environments across industrial construction, retail, distribution, and cooperative organizations throughout Western Canada. I've led collective bargaining for more than 70 collective agreements, supported organizations through four significant labour disputes, and developed business continuity strategies that enabled employers to continue operating during strikes and lockouts. I have a foundation in typical labour relations functions, complemented with strong operational knowledge and a keen business sense.
Much of my work has focused on building better systems, not just solving today's problem. I've formalized bargaining and labour relations processes, created repeatable business continuity frameworks, developed compensation and total rewards strategies, streamlined AP/AR processes, and helped broad business functions scale alongside rapidly growing organizations. Whether designing governance processes, improving decision-making, or creating tools that managers can consistently apply, I believe the best business solutions are both strategically sound and operationally practical.
